I’ve been going to PURE for just over a month now and I love it. This is my first experience with yoga and its been wonderful. Malikah is kind, encouraging and an excellent instructor.

Updates – 7/27/2013
Malikah K. leads a private ladies only yoga class that challenges you and promotes confidence in a clean and sanitized environment. I have noticed the positive changes in my body within the last 7 weeks and plan to continue the agility motion classes on Tuesdays.

The best part of fridays for me has nothing to do with “the end” of a work week. But EVERYTHING to do with Malikah’s Power Yoga Class!! Don’t get me wrong, I’m no stranger to Yoga, but it has never been consistent. This class KEEPS me coming back week after week. I would honestly come EVERYDAY if my schedule were conducive to it. Malikah is such a wonderful instructor, she caters the class to each students ability level by offering variations of tougher poses and movements. Yet, she still pushes you a notch or two beyond your comfort zone so that you SEE and FEEL steady progress. I can honestly say, after 4 weeks of Power Yoga, I AM stronger and a bit less ‘frantic’ & ‘scatter’ brained. The benefits of Yoga span body, mind, spirit.. But I’ll let the pro tell it.. Come check her out, I’m sure you’ll be hooked too!
Malikah~ Being with you and the other ladies each Monday for the past 6 weeks has been awesome. Just this little bit of time with you has encourged me to love myself more. I can’t wait for the other classes to start.
PURE YOGA RVA is awesome. I have been going (1 on 1 sessions with Malikah) since January and I can say that I feel a difference physically, mentally, emotionally. ..from to my anxiety issues related to stress has all decreased tremendously. I feel stronger and have the ‘I can do anything’ attitude now. All I can say is THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! I am so happy I found you!
